Donald appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio in the household of his parents, Edwin and Jeanette M Evans.4
The following article appeared in the Cincinnati, Ohio The Cincinnati Enquirer, 25 July 1926 :
Mary Elizabeth Beach, 18 years old, through her mother, Mrs. Ida Sattler 6610 Parkland avenue, Sayler Park filed suit in Common Pleas Court yesterday seeking to annul her marriage to Donald Darragh Evans, 19 years old, 6571 Parkland avenue.

Through Attorney Harry J. Siebenaler says young Evans declared to her that he was able to support a wife, and by persistent urging induced her to go with him to Connersville, Ind., June 30 last, where both represented that they were 21 years old and a marriage license was secured, after which they were married by a Magistrate. Upon their return both went to their respective homes and kept the marriage a secret until July 4, and the marriage never was consummated. Because both were under age and did not have the consent of their parents the annulment is sought.9

Donald appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio in the household of his parents, Edwin and Jeannette Evans, listed as the proprietor of a confectionary.6
On 25 March 1960, Edwin Evans's son, Donald D Evans submitted an application for a military headstone (Latin Cross (Christian).)12

The following analysis is from my personal research and reflects my attempts to consolidate information from different sources.
The death registration of Thomas Henry Liddle, husband of Anna E Shephard/Shepherd shows he is not the same person as Thomas Liddle, son of Stephen Liddle and Elizabeth Smith.

I have split out their details into two individuals.5
