     William Robert Packard died on 26 November 2018, in a hospice, at Chandler, Maricopa County, Arizona, USA, at age 78 Bill fell in Mazatlan about two weeks earlier and suffered a brain bleed. He had emergency surgery, and was later transported by air ambulance back to Phoenix. He never regained consiousness after the surgery. He was a dear friend, and we will miss him.³
     He was commonly known as Bill.⁴
