     Andrew Dalton Hein died on 17 February 2026, Kingston, Ontario, Canada at age 91.3
     He was uninjured when his tank truck was invovled in a three vehicle crash near Renfrew on highway 17. He was uninjured, but one woman was killed when her vehicle was struck by an oncoming car. Hein's truck could not avoid the deceased woman's damaged car.2
