Stephens, George B. Lyon and Ethan B. Allen. She named W. M. Stephens to administer the provisions of this will. A note further stipulates that her clothing go to her sister, Olive, except for those clothes selected by her daughter, Seba; her excyclopedia to Ethan, as well as furniture not needed by her husband, to go to him if he marries, and if he lives in Maquoketa, he should occupy "Ell part" and care for Dr. Allen unless he prefers to live elsewhere; her books to be divided between her children.³
