     She was born on 7 January 1824 at Rutherglen, Lanarkshire, Scotland, or "Rugland" on her death registration.1,2 Alternatively, she may have been born circa 1821 at Scotland in the 1861 census.3 Marion married William Jamieson on 15 September 1840 at Horton Twp., Renfrew County, Upper Canada, British North America.1,3
     Marion Park Airth died on 10 January 1884 at Horton Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada, at age 60 according to Ontario Death Registration 016438.1,4 The cause of her death was given as heart disease after 1 1/2 years illness.5 The informant on her death registration was her son, John A. Jameison.4
     Her name was also recorded as Mirian.6
     William and (illegible) Jemison appeared on the 1861 United Province of Canada Census of Horton Twp., Renfrew County, Canada West, enumerated 14 January 1861. William was described as a farmer. Their children, James, Henry, William, Robert, Marren, Johnn and Davit, were listed as living with them. Note that thiis enumeration shows all of the children were born in Scotland contrary to other sources.7

     He was born on 10 February 1884 at Admaston Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada, according to Ontario Birth Registration 031025, and his death registration.1,2
     James Samuel Forrest died on 29 August 1973 at Shaughnessy Hospital, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, at age 89. According to his death registration which relied upon details taken from "D.O." files, he moved to BC in 1936, and may have been in Shaughnessy Hospital since May 1973. The death registration shows that he had been in the municipality of the hospital from that date. He was single, and no details were available about his parents.3,2
     He was commonly known as Samuel.3 He was the informant on the death registration of his father, James Halliday Forrest, who died on 18 August 1928.4
     The following information is from my personal research, 30 August 1973:
He willed his body to the UBC Faculty of Medicine, Department of Anatomy.2
